"Very friendly staff, smiley and welcoming. Sadly the executive room we booked had no air conditioning (it was broken) so it was boiling. But once requested, they kindly brought us a fan to the room. Also, no dog water bowl as requested at time of booking but luckily we made do using our initiative. ..."
