"Basic concepts of cleanliness are missing in every corner of the property. Lacking care for linens and towels. Within 50 meters of a busy busy highway but run down location. Breakfast is served but outsourced from a local food joint…not worth it. "

"I recently stayed at the VBR Grand Inn in Bangalore, and I must say, it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by an overpowering stench that seemed to have settled into the very walls. The reception staff, if you can call them that, were disinterested and more focused on their phones than helping guests. The room I was given was filthy, with a layer of dust so thick on the furniture that I could write my name in it. The bathroom was an...
