"Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate.
The location is wonderful.
Overall not worth the price.

"A really impressive little place that was perfect for our family of three. The quality of the accommodation was excellent, as were the location and the view. Plus there's lots to see and do in the local area. We'd happily go back"
"Location was excellent. Property small but perfect for two and very homely. Porthmadog is a lovely place and very convenient to visit other places. Weather was good which was a plus we really enjoyed our stay."

The layout of the property is a bit strange. The top-floor consists of two bathrooms (one of them ensuite) and the main bedroom. On the floor below is the other bedroom, plus kitchen/lounge area + a a balcony with a nice view of the...
