Borro Trip

2 stars for dirty room, sink was not draining the bidet had feces in it and seems like house keeping didn't even moped bathroom after previous tenants. Ac at first wasnt working but after talking to front desk they fixed it and also sink in bathroom was fixed as well. Overall It was great location and amazing helpful staff but wish housekeeping was doing its job. Seems like they dropped fresh towels and left. No cleaning , vacuuming or mopping was done and visible trash on the floor from previous tenants was left. I liked closed location to the SMN train station and public transportation was great.

The hotel’s location is excellent—away from the chaos but still close to the main Florence attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool were wonderful. The property is very well located and offers some great amenities. The room was okay, The bathroom, in particular, is poorly designed. It is quite small, yet has a large sink, toilet, and bathtub, leaving very little space to move around. After a shower, there is barely enough room to dry yourself without the towel falling into either the toilet or the sink. Overall, the location, staff, and rooftop facilities are definite highlights.

Not a great experience to be honest... Mainly driven by the fact my chain and crucifix went missing from my room but the only help I got was to 'look for it in the room'. Considering I left it on the desk when I went out - I know, stupid mistake - and it was gone when I got back it is pretty obvious what happened to it. If the hotel does bother to read this - please get your housekeeping to properly investigate and send it back. On top of that the person who did 'clean' my room didn't refresh the amenity water or coffee. Reception staff were nice. As were the bar staff. Place feels like it needs a bit of a deep clean in areas. And the shower enclosure isn't really an enclosure so the bathroom gets soaked when you are in the shower. Not sure I would go back again, unless they do 'find' my cross and chain!
