The hotel staff was amazing and made our stay truly unforgettable. The small touches, hotel amenities and free transfers from the airport made such a big difference from other places we’ve previously stayed. 5* rating

Amazing resort for a resort of its size. Seamless transfer from Caticlan airport vi their lounge and speedboat to island makes a perfect way to arrive. We stayed in a premier Seaview room which was large and well equipped and maintained. Comfy bed and soft sheets. Cleaning was exceptional and nightly turndown was thorough. Beaches are beautiful, great beach service with water, cold towels and ice cream. Always space on the loungers as pool boys clear left towels. Sizeable swimming pool....

Possibly one of the best hotels in the world. First class service, food, accommodation and location. Unbelievably good.

Overall this place is absolutely wonderful. Other than the HUGE pool, the service from everyone is just exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathroom. The breakfast is full of options. Quite expensive pool bar menu for the Philippines, in some cases more expensive than what you could find in a western country. Good food. But then again, they are a 5* hotel. Overall we had a great stay. Fantastic if you are exhausted and just want to chill out.

Beautiful accommodation and surroundings, service was impeccable. Best accommodation during our stay at the Philippines.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of d-mall.

This resturant was just unbelievable. I stayed here last year in may (late review i know) and i cannot say anything but kind and positive words about my experience here. The most obvious highlights for me was the private beach if you prefer a more secluded and peaceful vybe at the beach. towels, water were always provided (that time of the year was very very hot) cocktails and food from breakfast to lunch and dinner was always delicious. the hotel rooms were cleaned daily if requested and...

I visited Villa Caemilla with my husband for our honeymoon in May 2015 for 4 nights. Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. Words will not do justice to what a fantastic time we had staying here. Lets begin with the airport transfer. All i did was provide my flight details and after that it was the most smooth sailing transfer i have ever had in my life. The hotel staff right from the reception desk to room service to house keeping to any other service were all extremely kind and...

Absolutely tremendous stay. Mav and his team keep the place emaculate and provide a top class service. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, providing a very relaxing, private and quiet location for the family.

We enjoyed our stay here, and the majority of the staff were very helpful (particularly Violet at reception). The room is very clean and modern, as are the pool and gym. However, the food is expensive and was on the whole fairly average quality. Furthermore, some of the breakfast staff were pretty rude. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for two ‘stained’ towels, which were just used and only required a light wash. This felt a little cheeky and unprofessional, however, we did not end...

Our stay at Banana Bay was exceptional from check in to check out. I travelled with my wife and we were treated very well from the get go. Half way through our stay, the mess around COVID-19 began to unfold and we found it very difficult to get information around the situation and our travel plans. Cid, the hotel manager kept us and other guests informed, phoning various airports and doing everything he could to help us get home. Through this stressful time, being in the hotel felt like a safe...

Located in the quiet station 3. I reserved a basic double room due to a minor maintenance issue at my place of residence. Great support via WhatsApp messenger providing me with directions and illustrations on finding the inn from the front desk staff after making the reservation via Expedia. No A/C but the two fans are powerful enough and residents also get discounted deals on nearby businesses such as bars and pools. Tip: A bit difficult to find at first so it would be best to take the...

Communication before arrival was excellent and we booked a transfer through them prior with ease. The hotels location is excellent with an easy 3 minute walk to the beach front and boracay strip. The staff throughout the whole stay couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. The breakfast had great options each morning and very good quality. There is noise from construction next door but that is to be expected with the rise of boracay. The private beach is good, however could do with a few...
