Room was clean but could use some upgrades. Bed wasn't as comfortable as expected. Balcony view was nice but its only for show. Staff was helpful but we didn't have any issues to concern them with.

Hyatt Place Houston Medical Center
Room was clean and spacious. The view wasn’t too bad for the city. It was extremely close to where we had to go. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice property!
