It's a great place in the forest. Quiet. Free parking. Automatic Check-in with access by codes to the hotel and room. Good breakfast with the possibility of ordering scrambled eggs.

Das Zimmer war weitgehend in Ordnung. Allerdings blieb der Service und das Frühstück weit unter den Erwartungen. Nicht geeignet für alle die ein großzügiges Frühstücks-Buffet mögen. Das Frühstück war gemessen an einem Viersternehotel sehr, sehr dürftig, und es gab keine engagierten Personen, die den Service dort aufrecht erhalten konnten. Man musste die Personen suchen bei denen man nach deinen Capuccino fragen konnte, das hat es umgemütlich gemacht. Heute Beim zweiten Frühstück waren immer noch die Krümel von gestern auf dem Tisch. Beim ersten fruhstück standen wir vor verschlossener Tür, es gab kein Frühstück und auch keine Person bei der man fragen konnte ob es überhaupt Frühstück gibt obwohl man das gebucht und bezahlt hatte. Erst nach zwei anrufen fanden wir heraus, dass sich das Personal verspätet auf den Weg gemacht hat. Die Rezeption sieht nach einem provisorium aus und nicht nach 4 Sterne, obwohl die sogar als Plakate daneben hängen. Alles in allem verdienen sie für mich nicht 4 Sterne sondern 2. Von meiner Seite gibts auch nur zwei Sterne in der Bewertung.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, das alles hatte, was ich gebraucht habe. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, sodass ich mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt habe. Besonders schön ist die Lage des Hotels direkt am Waldrand. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und von viel Natur umgeben – perfekt, um sich vom Trubel der Stadt zurückzuziehen und einfach mal abzuschalten. Allein für diese Lage lohnt es sich, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Ich kann durchweg nur Positives berichten und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen!

Im Zimmer roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch, der Gast vor mir, hatte wohl geraucht. Der Rauchmelder war mit einer schmutzigen Socke überzogen. Nach Mitteilung beim Hotel hat sich niemand darum gekümmert.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Gut überlegtes System für die Anreise. Nach dem Online einchecken bekommt man die Informationen zu den Zugängen ins Haus und zum Zimmer. Die Schlüssel Box, in der das Zimmerschlüssel liegt hängt ungünstig, dass man ohne Taschenlampe die Zahlen nicht erkennt. Der Parkplatz lag etwas versteckt hinter der Hecke. Was ich gut finde. Das Frühstück war nicht der Rede wert. Recht mager. Am Buffet könnte man sich an Brötchen, Müsli, gekochten Eiern, Rührei, Kaffee und Tee bedienen. Wenn man sich den Tisch ausgesucht hat wurde dann ein Brettchen mit Käse, Wurst, Butter, Obst, Gemüse und Marmelade gebracht. Alles in dünnen Scheiben geschnitten. Die Menge reichte für max. 1 Person. Dafür dass die Unterkunft als eine "Villa..." genannt wird war die Enttäuschung um so größer.

Super war die schöne Lage im Wald, der kostenlose Parkplatz und das kostenlose WLAN. Der online Check in hat mich nicht gestört, jedoch wäre es super gewesen, wenn das Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts auch mal gereinigt werden würde. Ich war 5 Nächte da und habe kein Personal gesehen. Toilettenpapier wurde leider auch nicht nachgefüllt.
