"First time staying at Ayres and I loved it! For starters, it’s adorable. Two, everything was clean and in good working order. Three, we loved the pool and hot tub and got lucky it wasn’t loaded with people. Lastly, it was a great breakfast spread (eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, and more). We would stay here again."

"After reading the reviews, I thought it would be nice and safe. Well we were very unhappy when we arrived. It had nice paint and that’s where it ended. We got into the room and refused to stay there. It wasn’t safe and it appeared as the residents there were of questionable character. We didn’t stay and they refused to refund us for the two nights. We chose to leave and never return. There was trash and broken cars in the parking lot. They refused to answer the phone for hotels.com for a refund. We found much better accommodations. If you’re tight on money and need a bed it would be ok."

"Breakfast is complimentary but can only be eaten next to front lobby- they won't let you take food to the rooms which is really annoying, they monior you the whole time. The soaps and shampoo conditioner is cheap and watered down not a big deal. Our room had 2 king beds which made the room very tight. Tv was decent size. "
