No reception? No problem! Such an easy process with a virtual key to enter the main building. Reception on the end of the phone to assist with any issues. We arrived in the city dart and departed late but no issues with an early check in and out.. with no extra charge! The appartment was cheap, spacious and spotlessly clean. Will definitly return. 10/10 bravo

Beautiful building in a leafy suburb a short walk from the old town.
Riccardo was very helpful and friendly.
The website doesn't highlight the limited check-in times very clearly. We arrived after 8pm and Riccardo arranged for our keys to be in a lockbox which worked well. There is gated parking at the property.
Our private bathroom was across the main entrance hall which was a bit weird. That's only the case for Bedroom 3 - the other rooms are ensuite.
Definitely recommended.

This was our first time in Bologna and we knew nothing about the city’s hotels. Now having been there, we’re so glad we chose the Aemilia hotel. It’s a little outside the old centre but only a 10-15 minute walk from all the sights. Being outside the centre means that it’s quiet at night. The hotel has a Scandinavian feel to it with very clean modern lines in its furnishings. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than is usual in hotels with a great...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, returning to the UK on 30th October.
The hotel truly lives up to its five stars. Everything, from the room, the restaurant, the facilities are excellent - however there are two things which really stand out: firstly the staff - they are amazing. They will do anything to help and they do it with a genuine smile. This applies to the lovely gentleman who opens the front doors, to the reception staff, to the breakfast staff. Secondly, don't miss breakfast!!...

This was perfect for a short stay in Bologna. Well situated for sightseeing, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and had excellent air conditioning which was very welcome given the extremely high temperatures during our visit. Contact with the office by phone was a little frustrating as they seemed to have difficulty establishing who we were and where we were staying.

Centrally located near lots of great bars and restaurants. Lovely clean apartments and well equipped. Do read the information in the kitchen. All the wine left in the fridge and kitchen is chargeable if you did not book through their website. Would have been nice to be free for all guests. Also ensure you use the shower mat when stepping out of the shower. The bathroom floor when wet is like an ice rink and unbelievably slippy. Nearly had a nasty fall.

Very nice hotel situated just 15 mins walk from the main square. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were nicely furnished, and were kept spotlessly clean by the staff each day. The breakfast was excellent with fresh and tasty produce every day, and everything was replenished immediately. The gym was another great find with new techno gym equipment. All in all we had a fantastic stay.

We stayed in the Casa Del Sole by Studio Vita Apartments for two nights at the end of September, This was the second apartment we stayed in out of 4 in Bologna due to flight cancellations.
The check-in process is very easy, clear and reception is location a 3-4 minute walk away (for us at our first apartment building).
The building itself is a traditional Bolognese building on a street busy with Trattoria's.
There is no lift so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs, something to be...

This little gem in the heart of Bologna is a must for any traveller. It's a beautiful apartment set in an original old Italian property, perfectly located within walking distance of all the shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions.
Mary is a wonderful host who genuinely goes out of her way to look after you and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. A simple but lovely gesture was the complimentary breakfast at a local coffee shop on our last morning - such an unexpected...
