We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, returning to the UK on 30th October. The hotel truly lives up to its five stars. Everything, from the room, the restaurant, the facilities are excellent - however there are two things which really stand out: firstly the staff - they are amazing. They will do anything to help and they do it with a genuine smile. This applies to the lovely gentleman who opens the front doors, to the reception staff, to the breakfast staff. Secondly, don't miss breakfast!!...

The main thing i liked about the property is modern and stylish and very close to all amnesty. Eventhough we haven't used their restaurants for those who wants they do have restaurants and bar available. The staff speak perfect english and are very helpful. The room is clean but the toilets look dated and had some issues with the flash, basically the water doesn't stop running. I am sure it has been fixed by now, because they have a guy who goes around the rooms and check for faults.

I had a great stay for 4 nights in early December. I would really recommend the hotel and would love to stay again in future. Lovely room - spacious, comfortable, huge bed, and very grand. We overlooked the internal courtyard which was a bonus as it's quieter than the main street. Breakfast was delicious - a great all-you-can-eat buffet of croissants, jams, eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats, cereal, fruit, yoghurts, cakes, coffees, teas, juices, etc - and the staff were very friendly. It was OK. The room was clearly renovated. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Some of them rather new in the business but NP. Some details in the renovation where not done, no problem for the comfort but they where noticeable. The manager should look with a bit more detailed eye. The parking for the car is on the road, when your lucky it is near the hotel otherwise somewhere in the neighborhood, but this only for car voyagers. In general all OK, going back shouldn't be a problem.

This is an absolute gem of a place and a must to stay at if you are looking to visit this area. nothing was to much trouble for anybody and we were made to feel very welcome. What they have done with gardens to make it feel like a holiday place is nothing short of spectacular. The one slight downside for us but actually it didn't take anything away from our stay is that the Bar/Snack Bar closed at 8.00pm and there wasn't a lot to do once that had closed in an evening.
