No reception? No problem! Such an easy process with a virtual key to enter the main building. Reception on the end of the phone to assist with any issues. We arrived in the city dart and departed late but no issues with an early check in and out.. with no extra charge! The appartment was cheap, spacious and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the ideal base for a stay in Bologna. The room was immaculate and finished to a very high standard. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager on available. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, returning to the UK on 30th October.
The hotel truly lives up to its five stars. Everything, from the room, the restaurant, the facilities are excellent - however there are two things which really stand out: firstly the staff - they are amazing. They will do anything to help and they do it with a genuine smile. This applies to the lovely gentleman who opens the front doors, to the reception staff, to the breakfast staff. Secondly, don't miss breakfast!!...

The main thing i liked about the property is modern and stylish and very close to all amnesty. Eventhough we haven't used their restaurants for those who wants they do have restaurants and bar available. The staff speak perfect english and are very helpful. The room is clean but the toilets look dated and had some issues with the flash, basically the water doesn't stop running. I am sure it has been fixed by now, because they have a guy who goes around the rooms and check for faults.

All the wine left in the fridge and kitchen is chargeable if you did not book through their website. Would have been nice to be free for all guests. This was perfect for a short stay in Bologna. Well situated for sightseeing, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was well equipped,very clean and had excellent air conditioning which was very welcome given the extremely high temperatures during our visit. Contact with the office by phone was a little frustrating as they seemed to have difficulty establishing who we were and where we were staying.

The breakfast was excellent with fresh and tasty produce every day, and everything was replenished immediately. The gym was another great find with new techno gym equipment. All in all we had a fantastic stay.
