"This hotel is in a good location for the champagne Avenue it is just a 5 min walk away. The staff are not very customer focused and gave no information without being asked. Breakfast is ok if you like continental but do not use the egg warmer it takes 15 minutes for an egg to be cooked. The toaster is up to high for short people like me to be able to us ethe tongs to retrive it. The spaces is very limited and when busy you can wait for a while to get a cup of coffee or tea. The big one was no air con in the room as it was still the cold season so the reception man said so no aircon just heat. when we went the weather during the day was very hot and so the room on the 1st floor was very hot and opening a window when there is no breeze was pointless."

"Breakfast was very good with a large choice of jams. Excellent bread and croissants. The parking was first rate suitable for long and low cars. The room and bathroom were spotless and bed was comfortable.great for overnight stop off on way back to UK."

"The rooms are not soundproof , I would be over the phone at 7pm and having neighbours next door knock on the walls apparently saying it’s too loud? Also no heating "
