"Staff needs training in what a wash cloth is. I asked for two additional wash cloths and the young man at the desk brought out two bath mats. I said no a wash cloth is smaller than that, so he came back with two gand towels and it took too much energy to send back again and his line at that time had gone from zero to three people. The next night housekeeper came and gave me two wash cloths when asked. She was sweet and asked if there anything else."

"The 2nd floor that I was on, to say the least was a nightmare. Hallway carpets were held together by duct tape and pretty sure there was a vomit stain outside my room (231). Inside the room the closet door was busted, the shower had mold all in the tiles and the balcony had quite a few spider webs. Then there were other guests having a full on screaming match at 7:30 am and they were smoking, was too scared to leave the room and there was no phone to call down to the front desk. Tried to see if I could switch floors but they stated that they were too full and kind of had to just deal with it"

"Room was gross and smelled funny. Front desk was all attitude and acted like I was interrupting her show, which was blasting in the other room. Decided to eat the costs and got another Hotel. Don’t bring a truck and trailer there’s not enough parking. Water and trash juices were flowing from their dumpster into the middle of the parking lot. Overall just a poor experience"

"When we initially checked in the front desk was rude and confrontational when I attempted to read some sort of contract they put in front of me as if I was wasting her time. I paid more for a view and what a waste of money that was. Expected to see the river and instead I got a dirt area and the fence of the pool, money well spent. Lastly the breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery bacon and mushy fried potato’s. Won’t be coming back."

"BEWARE This super 8 is a Dump Front desk staff are lazy, they have you book through 3rd party, so when you realize the place is a dump. They tell you, you'll have to get refund from 3rd party. After they accepted the money. They have homeless, living in rv on the property. Carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time, shelving brackets coming off the wall, towel bar falling off wall. The outside trash area is disgusting, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ THIS HOTEL IS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT"

"The hotel was fine EXCEPT for the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. The stains were horrendous I wonder how old it is. They gave me an extra sheet to put on it but I wouldn’t let my kids sleep in that thing. Not to mention you touch it and it’s like metal spring poking out. Don’t offer a sofa bed if it’s not useful. I do want to say the kitchen staff was so kind and helpful."
