"The night i spent there, there was a couple living above us who returned to their room at 1am in the morning and was quarreling and shouting at he peak of their voices. I couldnt sleep till 3am. I called the front desk, no one seems to respond. No one cared. I havent stayed such kind of hotel in any part of the world. "

"Didn’t realise the whole hotel is covered in construction. We stayed during a windy night and it felt like the wall was going to fly off! The mirror was shaking. Might have been handier if the dog friendly rooms were on the ground floor - being on the third floor wasn’t the most ideal."

"Rooms were clean, and had all we needed eg kettle, coffee etc.Also had hairdryer.Ensuite was small which was ok but shower head fixed at top and angled vertically, so did not use.Would rate it as ok and cannot fault location."

"More than happy from reception to room bed was really comfortable and clean not disappointed at all , superb location directly opposite the pier and the welsh breakfast is one of the best ive had at any hotel , only possible issue i can think of is there is no lift , we where on the top floor and there was six flights of stairs to over come not brilliant if youve had a couple of drinks if you know what I mean 😀 overall 9.5 out of 10"

"We had a family stay at this hotel and overall had a pleasant trip, though there were a few areas that could be improved. The highlight of our stay was definitely the scenic sea view, which was absolutely beautiful and made the experience more enjoyable. Although we spent most of our time exploring and mainly returned to the room to sleep, the view was worth appreciating. However, we were slightly disappointed with the condition of the room. The toilet door handle was broken, and the bathroom only had a shower area with a child safety look a like door and curtain—there was no bathtub. Slippers were not provided, and the carpet did not appear to be well cleaned or maintained. The room was also quite warm, and we were informed that the temperature was centrally controlled, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. We had to keep the window open to cool the room down. There were tea and coffee facilities , but no fridge in the room, which would have been convenient. On a positive note, the staff made a big difference to our stay. They were polite, helpful, and very cooperative throughout. Parking was another challenge. Finding free parking required some effort, and the parking opposite the hotel was only free during specific hours (after 4 pm until 10 am), which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would rate the stay as average in terms of the room, though the scenic view and friendly staff added value to our experience."

"Very nice hotel, perfectly positioned on the sea front, lovely decor and interior. All staff very helpful and approachable Claire on Reception really stood out for her helpfulness and Abbie one of the breakfast waitresses who smiled and helped whenever approached even under pressure. lovely, clean and spacious room with balcony on floor 5 , Breakfast and service was exceptional good range of choice, constantly replenished. Additional items were available to be freshky cooked for a small cost such as kippers,salmon and omelettes to name a few. really appreciated the lovely touch of easter eggs on the tables at breakfast and eggs for kids for Easter Sunday."
