"The cabin was very comfortable, well equipped and close to attractions. Everything was there for us, hot tub, board games, great bunk beds. We are looking forward to the next time we can stay at this at this cabin. We have been going to Big Bear for many years and this cabin was so much better that a hotel room."

"The property needs major repairs, the booked cabin we reserved was not available and this is the second time this has happened. Hot tub had freezing cold water again. Poor cleaning and old rundown cabin along with everything in it. It’s under new ownership and unfortunately it seems like saving every penny is their priority and not an investment property. "

"I made a same-day booking so I’m not sure if that is why we didn’t receive instructions to access the property until over an hour after check-in. That was a little bit disappointing because I was trying to figure out when to leave to get there. Aside from that, the communication was pretty easy.
