"Excellent hotel, small, cosy, with good breakfast, and the most important pet friendly!
Good opportunity for staying close to Annecy centre but in quiet area. We had a car so the way to the town centre took us about 10minutes, and by walk it takes about 30minutes.
Highly recommended!"

Check in staff were very friendly and helpful.
Having a covered garage, at a small additional cost, served us very well.
The property seems reasonably new and in very good condition.
It's in walking distance to a few places to eat dinner.
Working air con was very welcome.
Breakfast was ok but not worth โฌ15pp

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back north. The hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfortable, the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but the bar serves a nice selection without needing to go out. The hotel is ideally positioned to visit Annecy or do what we did and visit Mont Revard with outstanding views of the lake right next to the hotel, the surrounding countryside is beautiful.
The breakfast buffet is good with enough choice to fill you up and thereโs coffee available in...

Hotel Des Eaux is a converted mansion set about 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and about 25 minutes from the lake. Although set on quite a busy road, there is little or no noise from traffic overnight. Easy parking on site. We were welcomed by a very pleasant and helpful receptionist who spoke good English. She took the time to accompany us to our room and made sure everything was good. Room was spacious with high ceiling , a good king bed and a good size shower room and a separate...

Great hotel for a pit stop on our way skiing. Parking great. Rooms were okay. Bed was comfy. There is a great Italian Restaurant attached to the hotel. There is also a bakery and super market within a few minutes walk if needed.

It is a beautiful property in a perfect location . However, having been an abbey the rooms overlooking the lake were very small and cramped for two people. There is no lift due to planning restrictions - this should be made very clear on the website and booking platform, as those with mobility problems would find it almost impossible.
