"Pros The location is great, and the Hotel Hoppa bus for £13 for a family of four brings you directly to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Staff are always around to help, even late at night around 1 AM, which was reassuring. There are also amenities like a restaurant and bar, although we couldn’t use them much since we were mostly out. Cons They don’t offer early check-in. Our check-in time was 3 PM, and even though we arrived at 2:30 PM, we were asked to wait. There were a few other families waiting as well. The rooms are quite small, even the family room, and we struggled to open and manage our luggage. The shower water felt like it had extra chlorine, which was quite noticeable, and even my 5-year-old complained about it. The most upsetting part was the missed birthday surprise. I had spoken with someone from the hotel, Omar, in advance about arranging something simple for my wife’s birthday, just a note, balloons, or even a small cupcake if possible. I was told it would be taken care of, but nothing was arranged. When I checked with the front desk the next day, they had no information about it. After following up again, I was told they could offer a complimentary dessert if we dined at the restaurant, which wasn’t possible for us as we were returning late each night. All I really wanted was a small gesture, like a note from the hotel as a memory, but it was missed, which was disappointing. Overall it was a good stay.Recommended"

"Room wasnt cleaned for 5 days, bed made on 2 days Breakfast used to so nice here Frozen bread, few bits of fruit,cooked breakfast, few pastieriez, 3 cereals very very disappointing Peter staff at breakfast was lovely. Rooms drab, old out dated. Noise issue "

"Staff was ok, the room is amazing big and clean, but very noisy in the common area, people are sitting around the pub, then it become very dirty, I would say as they combin 2 hotel together this is the reason that had become less luxury, and car park could be very expensive too overall the room I rate 10/10"
