From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – every staff member I encountered, from valet parking to the concierge, was warm, attentive, and genuinely obliging. The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Opera House. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space spotless, and every detail thoughtfully prepared to make the stay as relaxing as possible. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing – such a variety of delicious options, beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and such exceptional service so seamlessly. I truly loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return. "I can highly recommend this property for business travelers or short stay travelers visiting Sydney. Service was perfect, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything that I needed. The rooms are well appointed with all needed items including iron and ironing board (many hotels you have to ask for it and wait 2 hours for someone to bring one). The only upgrade that the rooms need is 'universal' plug sockets but since I forgot my travel adapter, the front desk loaned me one. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I happen to be in Sydney. Well done Rydges."
