A luxury appointed boutique hotel with sophisticate modern style and furnishing. The beds and bathroom were excellent but the superior room was quite small. There was a free minibar with water, beer and fizzy drinks but for coffee one had to go down to the reception. There was no room service but the restaurant was fabulous with a great buzzy environment and great service, said to be the best in Zurich and I would not doubt that. We had one evening meal which cost CHF400 for two people but as a...

Fantastic property with amazing service, location and amenities.

On route to Italy ..... the hotel and service were both impeccable ✔️

I enjoyed a perfect stay from check in to check out Super quiet and comfortable room Very friendly and smartly presented staff All hotel very clean and tidy

Fantastic location. The views are stunning. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. There is free parking and it's a very safe location, quiet and restful. All the rooms have air-conditioning and a TV. There is also a wellness centre. I haven't used it but have seen it and it looks very well maintained. The restaurant is really good and so is the buffet breakfast, both can be eaten either inside or on the terrace. In the evening whilst eating outside you can watch the sun go down on the...

Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. We had guest e bikes (at no charge) we explored the local forest area, this made the...

Amazing hotel. The service, the cleen, the decorate, the food❣🌷🌻

Lovely garden terrace for drinks and dinner. Very helpful staff and beautiful location

Fab hotel, superbly friendly staff, lovely rooms that are newly refreshed, top notch food, brilliant location. You would be stupid to stay anywhere else if in the area.

Great location. Great room with cooking facilities. Owners super friendly and helpful. Little English but we communicated without issue on my limited German. Lovely area. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Great location but breakfast price extortionate. Eat nearby!

Excellent service, good location. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent but a little pricey. The car park is situated at the sister hotel the “Belle Epoque”. Afternoon tea and breakfast were outstanding. The hotel kindly loaned us towels to visit the Thermal spa. The only slight issue is that there are about 10 stairs to climb before the lift, which could be a problem for some people.

A very comfortable overnight stay with secure underground parking and good restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless .

The hotel is in excellent position for football stadium and old town. It is only a tram ride away. The staff are excellent and very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are an excellent size although bathroom is a bit tight but like the rest of the hotel very modern I would recommend it to all who wishes to visit Freiburg

The place was exceptionally clean - almost like it was brand new. Bed was very comfortable. Nice spacious bath and shower area. Friendly, knowledgeable owner who spoke very good English. Ideal location for getting to Baden Baden. Tasty continental breakfast and catered for my partner's gluten free diet.Only minor disappointment was the "see", which was somewhat underwhelming.
