"Beautiful hotel with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Lovely area to walk around - through vineyards. Breakfast was outstanding and the dining area has gorgeous views. We didn’t eat at the hotel for dinner but staff helped us make a reservation in the little town. They also assisted us the next day with a couple of phone calls as we don’t speak German. Hotel was fine, but I think for the price it can certainly be improved given the maze I had to walk through to get to breakfast, hair in the bathroom, and a funny smell coming from the back of the property from an inner courtyard (which was where my room was). Other than that all okay."

"We had an event to attend in Basel and we picked Carat hotel (in Germany) . Such a good decision, big clean, light room, very clean and comfortable but above all very good service from the staff. Leon at the reception helped us with all our needs and George organized an amazing ack breakfast for my wife who had to leave very early in the morning. Their in house restaurant Hacienda is very good also. we had breakfast there. "
