One night stay over
We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful. Our regret was we had eaten a huge lunch and were not hungry for dinner. But breakfast made up for it. Ohhhhhh. One more regret. We didn’t stay longer. Their on property spa looks fabulous. Merci

Everything was great! Beautiful little apartment, nicely renovated and decorated, easy to park in front, and easy access to the beautiful parc of the castle. And of course, super quiet!

Staff were very friendly, room was extremely large so no complaints there. A bit more attention to housekeeping wouldn't go astray (cobwebs and dusty floors). Nearby Italian restaurant was amazing. Lovely place in a little corner of Lyon.

I have stayed at different Appartcity locations in the past and enjoyed them. I was suprised at the run-down condition of this one and the lack of basic kitchen stuff. Cutting board and knife? Charged double what was quoted by you. Despite previously contacting the property in regards to travelling with dogs this became an issue at check in. Connecting rooms but connecting doors locked. Made to feel as if we were the issue. Two small rooms not the quadruple room that was booked.
