"Fantastic. Nice room in a quiet area near the University, easily walkable to the city center. The little courtyard must be great in the warmer months. Room was clean, has air conditioning (though I mostly used the heating settings!) and the bed is very comfortable. I really appreciated the kitchen with a fridge and all the equipment I needed for my breakfast. Recommend!"

"Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "

The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay.
