"We loved this property, but it does need some renovation to the second outdoor swimming pool which wasn’t available. We were also given no warning about The Beach facilities not being available and we were told there was a shuttle service to and from The Beach but this also wasn’t available. "Great place to stay in Bitez. Not the most fancy place in the area but definitely you monies worth. Location is great as you have direct beach access outside of the hotel and loads of restaurants and bars where you can have a chilled drink kust by walking along the beach. The service is really good, the best I had out of all the restaurants in that area. "

"The hotel staff were very miserable and only spoke to us when they had to. The food was ok. We paid for all inclusive which was a joke, the drinks were very limited and served in small plastic cups. There wasn’t any snacks or ice cream. There was only one kind of beer and the wine was disgusting, all other alcoholic drinks had to be paid for. "had a fantastic stay at the Costa Maya Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!"
