I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. "We loved everything about the hotel. Our room was amazing! We loved the large white sandy beach with the calm water for swimming! The food and service and the hotel restaurants was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this property. It is one of the best all around beach properties we’ve experienced."

"The staff provided great customer service throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a very large and impressive selection. The bathrooms are somewhat dated, and unfortunately, my toilet had not been cleaned properly when I arrived. Housekeeping could definitely improve in terms of overall cleanliness and attention to detail. This is a very large resort, so the location of your room can make a difference. My room was closer to the pool, and it took approximately 10 minutes to get to reception. During peak times, the lift can also become quite crowded. It is also very slow. Because my room was near the pool area and restaurant corridor, I could hear music throughout the day and into the evening. It wasn't overly bothersome, but at one point I did express my concern to the hotel staff, and they were responsive and turned the music down. Interestingly, I rarely saw anyone using that particular area, so I felt the music could have been kept at a lower volume to begin with. If large resorts are your thing, you'll probably enjoy the varieties they have to offer."

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Everything was well taken care of. Honestly, I think this hotel is underrated and deserves more attention. I’d definitely stay here again."

There was a good spread at breakfast, the pool was clean and we were always able to get two sunbeds together - likewise on the beach area reserved for the hotel. We did not eat or drink at the hotel in the evening as there are a far better options around, more geared up dinner and drinks. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, what we expected for somewhere in a reasonable price bracket."
