"The hotel and room were fantastic! What a great location, close to the center and to the gondola. Staff were so friendly, two restaurants right on location with a wonderful breakfast. "Great family run hotel with fabulous views from your bedroom balcony. One street back from the road, so its super quiet. Parking directly in front of hotel, which is a huge bonus in Crans. The staff are really helpful and breakfast is excellent. Easy walk to all restaurants and hotel has a super restaurant Only stayed for 2 nights and no hesitation to go back when in the area. "

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from Carolina – she was absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out. The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste.
