"Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. Ultimately, the room had a beautiful view. The waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and also the dinner delicious. Superb stay on alone 👍"

Rooms clean and comfortable Shower was great Walking distance to a variety of restaurants just a 2 minute walk away 20 minute walk from the golf club But hotel put on a curiosity transport on during the golf tournament Great location and very quiet to get a good night sleep Used this hotel for the Omega European Masters golf tournament Would use again and recommend to others to book "

"We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans."

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from Carolina – she was absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out. The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste.
