I had misunderstood the instructions and was about to give up and find another room for the night, when I found her in the office. She was extremely supportive, understanding, and went out of her way to guide me to my room. I always will remember her kindness. The room as great as well."

"I only stayed one night and it was a very good experience. Excellent location for old town. Several nice provisions ,tea,coffee and biscuits etc left. I thought it may have been noisy but with the window shut it was silent. They were only 2 coat hangers which for one night wasn't a problem but for a longer stay could be. "First, the positives - room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Now the negatives (1) hard to find the place there is a small sign on the door, about 10 by 12 inches and no street name. We had to ask a few locals and most of them didn’t know where it was. (2) nowhere did it say you have to climb 50+ stairs in a very hot stairwell, to get to the room. There is no elevator. We were on a three week trip with two large suitcases. "Davide was really friendly with checking us in and very communicative. The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and looked like it had been renovated very recently. The area is a bit ghetto but very authentic and quiet at night. The church bells start with vigour at 08:00 which is better than an alarm. The roads are pretty narrow around the apartment but perfectly fine to navigate with Google. Overall I'd definitely recommend if you want to stay in bisceglie."
