"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

We had traveled long and far it was so nice to have a human actually be there to welcome us (Francesca, too) as opposed to emailing a password no to enter the facility and here is your room number; essentially on our own in a foreign country.
