Malmaison Birmingham
Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Hotel admitted it was a mistake on Expedia however did not honour entry and said that "the spa is also not advertised as being ...

The Cube Hotel Birmingham
Not good. Wouldn’t amend my booking that was done wrong, then the woman spoke so loud and gave us a useless room. Left after 2 hours. Lifts don’t work well. Shambles.
