On a busy roundabout but location was good for where I needed to be. Breakfast was good and was included. Staff were very good.

The hotel car park was clean and tidy however, the hotel is adjacent to a pub. This is very convenient for meals. The exit road from the hotel leads past the pub and this road is heavily littered with rubbish. It was a bit of an eyesore.

Nice, clean and lovely hotel to stay
Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and parking is good. The rooms are comfortable and quiet place to rest. Staff cleans the room with very good condition. Breakfast was served hot and good. Hotel location is good to travel around the city.

Comfortable bed :)
Comfortable bed. Room and bathroom were clean, although the drain hole from the hand basin had a bad smell (which I reported to Reception the following morning). You have to sign your car in for parking on a tablet at Reception - there were a number of people signing in when I arrived so I couldn’t get to do it, then forgot as I was going to a funeral the next day and so I’m now worried I will get a parking fine!

Unfortunately, the basin waste jammed so unable to release the water from the basin. To be fair, the hotel did offer to swap rooms but as my partner had already been to bed for a couple of hours, we thought it unfair on the hotel staff and as we were only staying for one evening we were prepared for the minor inconvenience.

Staff were pleasant and helpful The room was terrible plugs off the wall ,the shower not working lift not working and to lamps with no bulbs. All in all iwe were very disappointed and these things spoiled our trip.

Inside the hotel very clean. Outside dirty. Hotel users gathered outside to smoke & eat. Bins full with food wrappings tins of beer etc. Not emptied and left on fhe ground. Plus fire alarm went off at 12.45am. Ad to vacate the room. Due to some guests smoking in non smoking rooms.
