I spent 4 nights here on my honeymoon and it was exceptional. I paid for a budget room that only had a view of the trees thinking we would spend most of our time outside which was mostly true. If I were to go back I would splurge and get a room with a hammock on the beach because it looked so relaxing. If you're looking for a quiet and sedate place to stay whilst wandering the beauty of northern Palawan, look no more. Everything is basic: no aircon, generator for electricity on certain times only, not a 5 star beddings and if you're unlucky enough you will meet the rat that looks like a cat. Everything was perfect, from the beginning to end. The room was decorated with a modern look as per the pictures on the website and the private pool and hammocks were a perfect fit! The location couldn’t be faulted and the kitchen was fully equipped and the farm on site to pick our own eggs was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on my next visit.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Buko Beach Resort. The rooms are lovely and pool area great for sunset views. There were a lot of mosquitos when we stayed but the hotel does provide mosquito coils for the outside shower and toilet area and mosquito repellent. The resort is close to some excellent restaurants, notably Cala, Chabacano and Bela Vita. If you want a hotel right on the main strip and just off the beach, close to all the best bars, restaurants and other amenities ( laundry, pharmacy, massage, mini market) it doesn’t get much better than The Town.
