Very good location with good staff. Restaurant was closed but they had a sister restaurant around the corner which was very good.

Excellent hotel. Highly recommend a stay. Simple, easy and friendly

The sort of Hotel you don’t want to recommend in case everybody starts going there. Clean comfortable, pleasant staff and excellent food in the restaurant.

A beautiful hotel in the waterfront, about thirty minutes by Metro, outside of Bilbao City. Within ten minutes walk of two Metro stations, it was a wonderful base to explore the city and have the tranquility of water to retreat to. Some nearby bars and shops too made for a very pleasant weekend break for me and my daughter, they're for a big right match in San Mamés. Will definitely go back with my family.

Great staff. Great location. Great breakfast and great 2 week holiday

.

nice hotel very close to the port. dog friendly. next to shopping mall.

Clean, quiet, nothing fancy. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi was fast and the shower was hot.

We have used this hotel twice a year for several years with no complaints. On our last trip we found slight damp in the corners of the wall behind the large window curtains. We were immediately upgraded to a better room. No fuss. No blame. ( first time ever we have found a fault). All the staff (including cleaners) have always been Polite. Friendly and very...
