The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too! "There are no windows in the room, no air. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone. If something is cooking something in the kitchen the American coming to the room. The area is quite bad, not a good choice to stay in Bilbao."

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "
