"The breakfast was good but we arrived later in the morning and it was pretty depleted and a bit messy. The staff did a good job of relenishing the hot food though."

"Great breakfast, our room was clean but looked a little tired with a stained carpet and was booked for 3 people but only 2 cups/glasses provided. Air con could do with going lower than 18 it was so hot in there! Also lift from car park not working not great with lots of luggage, and would be really helpful to have better directions to parking on your website as it was really tricky to find. I ended up calling and listened to the automated message with gave clearer instructions on parking and a postcode that worked in my sat nav."
