"An excellent hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The only point for improvement is the quality of the room cleaning- throughout our stay, the room was tidied, and the towels were replaced, but the shower, for example, was not cleaned."

The facilities were excellent, including very good fitness facilities, the location was perfect, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The food was outstanding, and the breakfast was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room, which was beautiful and very comfortable. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit hard. Aside from that minor detail, everything else was outstanding. Highly recommended!"

"The staff works unobtrusively around the clock to clean, repair, prep, and perfect everything. Our sea deluxe view room was huge and had perfect views. The pools are gorgeous and perfectly clean, the beach is soft white sand and cleaned 2x a day, there's tons of seating all over the resort so it's easy to find a pool, beach, or restaurant spot. You never wait a long time for food or drinks. Fastest hotel/resort service I've ever had. One of the best details is its proximity to the little town, which is full of restaurants, smoothie carts, mini marts, tour operators, spas, and scooter rentals. It's all a few minutes walk. You are definitely not stuck here."
