"We absolutely loved this hotel, well it’s actually more of a villa, great pool, incredible view, and even better staff, film our villa manager was fantastic from the moment we arrived to when we had a mix up with our ferry home, film looked after everything ! "I am used to the dilapidated nature of bargain home stays but this was beyond that to actual neglect and disrepair. When we arrived the air conditioner was not working well and despite being the only guests there, we weren’t moved to another room. I can only imagine they were worse. They sent a repairman to fix it but it wasn’t fixed. There was rust all over, dangling wires, exposed holes etc. The shower had broken knobs, weak water pressure and was c very small.
