"Management is horrible opportunity to do the right thing does not exist customer service needs work training would be a big plus for this hotel if your power is out and I don’t agree with the treatment given if I did not stay at the room I should get a refund for not staying there "

"It was all great, the bed was not that comfortable."

"We were very disappointed to find out there was an issue with our 2 bedroom suite and we ended up with 2 rooms instead. That was not the experience we wanted as the room was much smaller than what we wanted. It would have been nice to know ahead of time and not the time of our arrival to find this out as we would have probably gone to another property that would have met our expectations."

"Or room was very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean and very large. I checked in under AYoung. She was friendly and professional. I was checked out by SBrown. Today was his first day and he was wonderful. He was a good hire! I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff was wonderful, Breakfast was great enjoyed a good hot cup of coffee and the room was clean i did have to take my trash out once after i return one evening I talk to the front desk no problem after that. I will return to the Sparks on my next trip."
