"Standard room for the price range. No frills but no major complaints either. For a free breakfast, I find it difficult to nitpick. The selection was diverse enough to allow most people to find a thing or two to enjoy. The single serve pancake machine was cool. I had never seen one before. Beds were comfy and clean. The shower / bathroom could use updating. If you're not staying in the hotel as your vacation, this place is perfect. It's in the middle of everything. You can't go a block without stumbling on this some cute cafe or coffee shop. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Quiet enough to watch a movie at night and not disturb your neighbor. My only complaint is the a/c kept cutting off long before getting the room cool, even totally maxed out. I get hot at night. Gate keeping the air conditioning is not acceptable south of the Mason Dixon."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The river view room was really pretty. The location was perfect for being close to a lot downtown. Valet is pretty much mandatory as parking anywhere else is a huge hassle. Save yourself the trouble and factor in valet to the price of your stay. "

"This trip was completely spontaneous, and honestly — I didn’t really know what to expect. But the hotel I booked last-minute downtown pleasantly surprised me. Top floor, room with a balcony — already a nice bonus. Yes, the building needs some renovation (I’m sure management is working on it), but the real magic is in the people who work there. ✨ As someone with 20 years of experience in hospitality, I can say — the team here was truly outstanding. Tim at the front desk did everything to make me feel at home: quickly answering all questions, helping with front desk calls, and giving advice on city routes. Bellman Roberto took care of all the little things that make a stay special — from the shuttle to helping with any request. A special thank you to Francesco and Jessica from Guest Relations. They communicated with me via messages, answered every single question, met all my needs, and made sure my stay at the hotel was comfortable and easy. 💌 I didn’t get a chance to meet the housekeeping staff in person, but their work was very noticeable. I really appreciated the effort of the housekeeper who prepared the room for me — everything was spotless and welcoming. 🧹✨ The shuttle drove me wherever I needed for free — which is especially nice in a city of 200,000 people. And you know what? Even if the hotel isn’t brand new and there are things to improve, when the staff is professional and friendly, it makes the entire experience truly special. Thank you "
