"I stayed here for the first time on New Year’s Eve due to its convenient location near a downtown event. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless. One of the front desk team members even called my room about 20 minutes after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, which was a thoughtful touch. The thermostat easily switched between heat and A/C, and the shower was hot, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast the next morning, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else about my stay was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!"

"This hotel is well run by a very courteous staff, who are always willing and able to attend to their guests' needs. I felt welcome and appreciated and was treated accordingly. Special thanks to their lovely and talented bartender, Emmeline with her knockout smile and expert pours. She's extremely gracious, easy on the eyes and has an awesome sense of humor. One of the most surprising things to me is how this little spot isn't more popular with the local crowd, with service like hers. Anyway, thanks for the comfortable stay. Next time I'm in Little Rock, I'll be sure to check in. "
