"The customer service was great, the room, I was in had stunning lakefront view, everything is well maintained, the spa, a great sauna, jacuzzi, showers w/toiletries and ask for Ken, best deep tissue massage ever! Will definitely go back!"

"Room was clean, but the bathroom had very bad smell like sewage, ℹ complained but didn’t get nowhere. I had to leave the door open so bad smell go away. Regarding breakfast, we did not get to eat due to leaving 6.30 am . I did not know about parking overnight fee. Also being served in U S Army, I did not get any discount . Rest all good."

"NO internet connection. When I called the front desk, I was immediately transferred to an outside internet provider. I didn't understand why I had to figure out the internet connection by myself as if it was my problem. I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone without any success. I hang up and called the front desk again to complain. Finally, they send the technical person, and he told us that their property has been having a connection problem with apple devises, and if our device is Mac and/or iphone, the internet is not working. Then, why they first transferred me to the outside internet provider? Very dishonest."

"Front desk clerk was welcoming and friendly. Actually, all the staff that I came across were very helpful and courteous. I don't think I recall any other place where each staff member I met during my stay was courteous. Room was nice and clean. There was a mini-fridge and microwave. Perfect for families or leftovers. There is EV charging and free parking. We had 2 cars so we just had to list the model and color or license plate #s when checking in for security. There was plenty of parking and at least 3 disabled parking spots. I think there were 2 with universal charging spots and 2 spots for Tesla charging. One of the Tesla chargers was not working though. Got to the breakfast buffet a little close to the end, but there were warm scrambled eggs (plain and the other with some seasoning), salsa available, sausages, hot regular coffee including decaf, hot water for tea, at least 3 different juices, some pastries and breads, some fruit like bananas, and at least 3 types of cereal and a wafflemaker. There is a dining area, but you can also take the plates to your room to eat. Was told to clear off the plate and leave them on the table in the room and housekeeping will take care of it. Checked out over the phone. Would stay here again."
