Welcoming and helpful staff when we arrived. Great fun bedroom with huge beds and plenty of space. Toys and decorations in the room were fabulous. The free activities like the water fun and the trampoline kept the kids cool and entertained! Restaurant for dinner was good value for money and generous portions. Great that the kids were entertained during and after dinner in the playroom with the monitors. Overall very fun stay especially for the kids who didn’t want to leave!

This was one of the best hotel stays we can remember and such a hidden gem of a place nestling in a wooded and mountainous area (a national park) yet being only a few km from Alcoy. The hotel is informal in style but fantastically well equipped and clean. The owners are really helpful and friendly but speak very little English - this added to the charm in most respects. When we stayed it was very quiet as the place attracts locals for special functions as well as walkers and tourist in cooler...

What an amazing find. If you want Spanish sun and a beautfiul boutique hotel 30m from Alicante that is nothing like Benidrom then book this place!!

The room is very comfortable with pillows and adequate blankets. There was an A/C which I hadn't spotted at first (near the door) but once I got that to my satisfaction it was great. The wi-fi was a bit temperamental. Very clean.

The view from the balcony of the bridge was lovely and the room was very warm.

Peaceful location with a lovely rooftop overlooking the mountains. Room was extremely comfortable clean and had been thought about with an amazing amount of detail to ensure you had the best stay possible. Lovely to sit outside and enjoy a great breakfast as weather fantastic. Good restaurants and the caves worth a visit together with turron museum.Fifteen minutes to the seafront. Stefan and his team explained everything well and ensured our visit was made perfect.

We parked on the street nearby. Super friendly and professional staff. Large rooms - great bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel out in the quiet countryside, very peaceful unless they are having an event ( they do weddings) but these are nice affairs and it’s nice to see how the Spanish do weddings. But after 1100am all quite so well controlled by the hotel. This really is a unique and quite divine hotel, we stayed in the main building with our Dogs but you can stay in one of the eight chalet time apartments they have on the grounds which looked beautiful with fantastic views to all sides. Was absolutely beautiful amazing staff very helpful perfect place to relax . However It is of the beating track so would recommend having your own form of transport or use wiki lock for local foot paths

Lovely stay. Very clean on arrival and daily housekeeping - All staff from reception to housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating. Great sleep just needed an extra pillows which was provided on request. Rooms were quiet and spacious with great air conditioning. Fantastic location!! Walkable for various highlights and restaurants/shops and very easy tram/bus access to beautiful San Juan beach. Breakfast buffet had a fairly good variety and plenty seats.
