"had a horrible experience for my couple of days stay . Listing below fhe issue in detail : 1. Baby crib/cot was broken that was given for my 7 months old . Please note as per my understanding it's hotel staffs duty to provide safe equipment for the guest stay . The crib was broken due to which it wasn't latching and since babies have a tendency to be unpredictable it could have caused a serious injury had I not inspected it before putting the baby in the crib /cot.When i escalated the matter...

"It is a good place to stay- clean and hygienic. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. Hotel is a new property. Meals served are only Veg. Though the buffet spread to be increased but the food was tasty. Service by the staff Mr. Wassim was commendable. "
