Amazing property amazing people. We had a great time. Breakfast was also very good.

It was really a nice experience specially with family. Kids enjoyed a lot the option of lots of playing activities within the premises. Large space to move within the premises. Good food. Supportive staff. Only issue is approach road to the hotel.

Great experience, the staff was very polite and professional.

Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.

Great Stay.....loved it.....

Friendly staff

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade, overall a lovely place to stay at.

It is a decent property with good staff, delicious food. Some buildings of the property are under renovation so some nearby noise keeps troubling you. Location is good with complimentary shuttle service

Twice the staff asked if we needed a doctor (we had brought own meds) and when I went out they popped in to check my son was ok and made him tea. The room we had was spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. We had a small balcony with an attractive outlook over the pine forest and a Himalaya view. Just the place to sit quietly with a cup of tea and relax. The room...
