"My stay at Hilton was awesome right from the time i checked in.The staff is very friendly, helpful and will do their best to take care of your needs. My room was excellent, was upgraded to a Suite and allowed an early check in too. My family also was at Hilton as their flights were cancelled and I did see how the staff was so very nice and helpful to my wife and kids as they were stuck for 4 days.Amenities were great too, the food was nice and the spa services were very relaxing too. The area surrounding the hotel within the complex was very lively with several cafes and restaurants too."

"Great property but unprofessional staff at check in. Staff constantly messaged through Expedia to confirm room preferences at the last minute which had already been confirmed earlier by hotel management. "
