"Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality throughout. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful — they even offered to bring items up or down for us when we couldn’t make it in time. Turn-down service was consistently well done, and the minibar was replenished promptly every day. One gesture that really stood out was how the housekeeping team placed a prayer mat in our room after noticing we were using face towels for prayers. It was such a considerate and respectful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Even though we didn’t book a suite, the level of service we received never felt any less special.
