Room not clean, reported, still not cleaned. Told to just use one of two bathrooms. Strange security person asking us who we were in the evenings as we entered. All a bit strange. Slow checkin. Slow lifts (very)."

"We had a one bedroom apartment for 2 nights. It had a balcony and was very comfortable with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The hotel has a heated pool and spa with separate lap pool too. We enjoy an evening swim. The location is very good as it was a short walk to lots of different eateries and shops. Staff were nice. "

"Liked the proximity to city centre. The accommodation was quiet, clean and it was good that it was self-contained. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Only negative was that we found it difficult to climb in and out of the shower due to the height of the spa bath. "

"It was all pretty good with a great cafe(s) and a supermarket right next to the hotel. There were some weird maintenance issues like the hot and cold water were reversed in my apartment but, overall, it was excellent. "
