We had a wonderful stay at this hotel two nights ago. Everything felt new, fresh, and exceptionally clean, with beautiful décor throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rune, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful design, comfy bed and friendly staff. Gorgeous views and quieter end of town. Great breakfast and cafe over the road linked to hotel was amazing. Owners really helpful with suggestions and ideas. Welcome bottle of fizz was a lovely touch. Easy walk to restaurants/bars, glacier gorge, First cable car, Pfingstegg and rail station and village bus stops right outside the door. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Amazing stay in Grindelwald. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ample - eggs, cereal, fruit and meats and nespresso or filter coffee. If it started even 30 mins earlier would be amazing as need to out early if doing hikes. The door to the left from the lift was amazing for accessing the terminal station but guests can’t enter this way coming back. Very steep climb to the village but the 121 bus from the terminal takes you up there. This ends about...

Top-notch hotel, absolutely blown away by the beautiful views, amazing food and excellent service. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience! I was sad to only be able to stay here one night but I hope to be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland!

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms (with breathtaking mountain views) friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast. We used the lovely spa after a long journey and enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the sauna. The next day we went for a superb snowshoe tour straight from the door. Great location, good access to the town, trains and cable cars. We came in April so no queues. The view from our bedrooms was amazing. Breakfast was continental but also included egg, bacon etc I would stay again.
