The only reason I knocked the surrounding area was because they are working on a new gondola next door and it was a bit messy. Not the hotels fault. We were able to have them hold our bags so we could explore the area and come back later and check in. Front desk clerk Andi was a hoot and a good idea person...

"We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is still within 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room is clean, with basic amenities. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is a shared one in the common kitchen. I did not give five stars only because my room has the smell of smoke. The hotel is a non-smoking one but previous guests seemed to have smoked in the room."

We were able to have them hold our bags so we could explore the area and come back later and check in. Front desk clerk Andi was a hoot and a good idea person for hikes. Just don’t believe him when he says it’s a little uphill because he must be part Billy goat. It was a lot uphill but very worth it. We really enjoyed our stay. "
