"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Very interesting place in a converted prison. Excellent location for exploring Beziers. Very helpful front desk. Excellent breakfast. The thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the inconsistent housekeeping. Two days of our stay we had to ask for towels as there was no towel exchange or room cleaning. It did have some of the most ridiculous art on display (like the skull picture) that should be burned. Some of the other sculptures had me questioning what drugs the artist was on. We did like the alien in the outer courtyard. Hotel pool had suffered some damage in a recent wind storm but it was really too cool to enjoy anyway. This was probably a one time stay for us."
