Ideal stop over

One night stop over. Restaurant was excellent. Room was tired, and bathroom had dark mould on the ceiling. Was bed was very comfortable. We understand the hotel is under refurbishment, and our room was one still waiting to be done.

Personnel de l'accueil (embauchée pour 3mois) pas à la hauteur et très désagréable. Je réserve depuis plus de 3 ans en soirée étape sans pb. Sur la résa réalisée via l'appli pour le séjour concerné, il n'y avait pas directement la soirée étape proposée, je l'ai donc rajoutée en commentaire. Lors de mon arrivée, hier, la personne de l'accueil m'a affirmé qu'il était impossible de facturer une soirée étape et que tout devait être réglé séparément et que mon mécontentement n'était pas son pb. Je suis donc allé diner à l'extérieur, pareil pour le PdJ de ce matin. J'ai donc décidé de ne plus mettre les pieds dans cet établissement et ce malgré mon appel à un de vos agent hier soir qui m'a dit que j'aurai une solution proposée sous 48/72h. Service lamentable

Notre séjour a été parfait, le personnel est à l'écoute et traite les demandes au cas par cas et arrange la clientèle du mieux possible. Ils sont très à l'écoute , les chambres sont propres et confortable. Ilo ne manque qu'un petit frigo.

Super séjour, Hôtel vraiment super sympa, très familial. Très bonne ambiance. La gérante est une femme très professionnelle Hôtel à Maitre dans votre agenda. Absolument si vous passez dans le coin de Villeneuve Béziers Par la même occasion je vais juste signaler un problème avec Hotels.com qui m’a facturé le prix du séjour 300 € plus cher, que ce qu’on m’a fait à l’hôtel sur place, alors Hotels.com, près déçu de leur service

Très mauvaise expérience – à éviter ! ⭐☆☆☆☆

En arrivant à l’hôtel, la personne de l’accueil m’a demandé si j’étais français – une question étrange et déplacée que je n’avais jamais entendue en réservant un hôtel, et je voyage pourtant souvent. On m’a ensuite remis les clés d’une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Ce n’est qu’en m’y rendant que j’ai compris pourquoi : tout l’étage était en travaux. Le couloir était envahi de câbles électriques qui pendaient du plafond, la poussière entrait dans la chambre malgré la porte fermée, et il était absolument impossible de se reposer à cause des coups de marteau constants. Impossible de faire une sieste, et réveil brutal à 7h34 par le vacarme des travaux. Autre fait étrange : en partant, j’ai constaté que tous les autres clients descendaient du 1er étage – personne ne logeait au rez-de-chaussée à part moi. Ai-je été mis là volontairement ? Aucune explication ne m’a été donnée. Séjour très désagréable. Aucun avertissement sur les travaux au moment de la réservation, aucun geste commercial. Je ne reviendrai pas, et je déconseille fortement cet établissement tant que les rénovations ne sont pas terminées (et la gestion améliorée).

Durch die doch etwas ältere Bauweise und die Lage nicht weit von der Autobahn etwas laut, ansonsten für eine zwischenstation von 1 - 2 Tagen durchaus zufriedenstellend. Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut auch hier sehr freundliche Angestellte. Würde wieder kommen.
