Service beyond expectations in a pandemic.
We had to postpone because of Covid-19 flight cancellations . The hotel sent us a voucher for 2021 use eventhough the room was non refundable.

Excellent transport nearby--the ring S-Bahn and the Central Bus Station. A neighborhood with a touch of the countryside around it, including a lake.

Nice stay
Quite near ZOB central bus station and S Bahn. There was no electric kettle or facilities to cook water in the room, but we were kindly given a thermos of hot water. Breakfast was fairly decent. However the towels smelled a little of smoke even though the property is a non-smoking one. We suspect some of the staff are smokers.There’s a kebab stall just outside and a small grocery shop across the road from the hotel. Overall, the hotel was good value for money.

Great location for a reasonable price, near main bus terminal (ZOB) and Westkreuz (S-Bahn, U-Bahn) Room was clean and ready when I checked in Good wi-fi connection Very good breakfast ... I especially liked the coffee :-) Grocery stores a short distance away (Edeka, Aldi) and a small local store is just across the street Rooms are very quiet despite a major highway that runs by the hotel If you expect luxury this is not the place but if you need a clean room and a hearty breakfast I recommend Messe am Funkturm.

Budget hotel with everything you need
Good location and breakfast included, fairly large room for up to 5 guest. Although pretty old I don't have much to complain. If there is one, the bar downstairs played loud music very late one night.

Perfect for low expectations
The room was completely run down and not the cleanest, so they could allow smoking in there cause this would not make difference. The breakfast was okay, however the coffee was rather waterish.

"What a dump!"
To quote Bettie Davis: "What a dump!" The "hotel" is on the 2d floor. You get 2 keys: 1 for both the outside door and the 1st floor "hotel" entrance door, 1 for the room. I don't think the place has been redecorated since the 1970s. The room had 2 beds, a day bed and a sofa, so could accommodate 4 people, and one small table. It seemed more a youth hostel than a "hotel." There's no air conditioner. The windows opened but no screens and the room was over a train station. The curtains weren't wide enough to cover the windows. There were 2 dim lights, 1 overhead and 1 over the bed; the AC outlet by the beds was a meter above the headboard and situated below the light switch, which means you had to avoid hitting your jacks to turn off the light while lying in bed, if you could reach it (you can't). While the bed was a queen, the duvet-enclosed blanket was a twin. The shower stall inside the tiny bathroom was barely large enough to lift your elbows. Twice I accidentally hit the faucet simply by turning around and got scalded. The stall doors didn't seal, so the floor got flooded. You got two rough towels; the small bath towel was hardly adequate for an adult. Two plusses: free breakfast, but I didn't indulge, and the free Wi-Fi was great. The ONLY advantage to this "hotel" is its location; walking distance to the train, and a 10-minute walk to Messe Berlin. But, if I were you, I'd pay more and stay farther away at a "real" hotel and avoid this dump.

No frills and pretty dilapidated. But, it was well-located near the convention Center and an S bahn. The staff was very helpful and there is a lovely park and neighborhood one block away. Inexpensive, clean acceptable Hotel - exactly as advertised.

You get what you pay for - not more, not less. Very good location, approx. 25 min. from Berlin Schönefeldt Airport and 10 minutes from Berlin Tegel Airport. I walking distance to Berlin ZOB and S-Bahn - very convenient. The area is plastered with nice restaurants for all kinds of cuisines. Breakfast at Hotel is very good.

Great location
The hotel was very near from the Bus terminal, so I could easily find it. It was also near from the metro station so that I could easily get to the center of the city. For me, only downside was size of the bathroom. It was the smallest bathroom ever in my life. But for the cheap price, it was not bad

Pros: 1. The room is worth the money. 2. Breakfast is nice (can have some more options for vegetarians) 3. Location is close to S-bahn station 4. Room is clean. 5. Staff is friendly Cons: 1. The beds are creaky with uncomfortable springs that you can feel on your back while asleep. 2. The bathroom is toooooo tiny. A portion of the room was demarcated for a compact bathroom and it had poor drainage, tiniest basin, pot on which one has to sit in an awkward angle.

Useful place for late coach arrival
We booked this hotel due to its location close to the Berlin coach terminal as we were arriving at 2.30am from Poland. We wrote in advance about this arrival time and they kindly left the key and information in a code deposit box at the entrance. (the email address found on their website not this one!!) The room was quiet and spacious and a good breakfast was included. We were also able to leave our luggage there for the day while looking around Berlin. I would recommend this hotel for people arriving to Berlin on couch and staying a day or two.

Great accomodation in a spacious room, wifi is always an advantage and a great view of the city with a very close train station for the cityu. just 15 mins from here and we were in the heart of Berlin and the trains were very frequent, Breakfast was continental and there was a lot of attention to replenishing empty drinks and food , the breakfast was wide ranging from drinks to foodstuff something for all ages, In all a good solid hotel spacious and accomodating , check in was very quick and organised

Bad und Betten waren sauber. Allerdings lag Müll auf dem Balkon. Die Möbel und Teppiche sind alt. Nachts war es im Hotel selbst laut. Die Lage ist Ok.

Ohne Worte. Zum Glück gibt es andere Unterkünfte die Kulanter sind in der jetztigen Zeit und wenn es Gutscheine für einen späteren Aufenthalt sind. So wie gebucht so wird man abgefrühstückt

Helt ok enklare hotell. Pris och prestanda hänger ihop. De allmänna ytorna är lite slitna och nedgångna, mattorna i korridoren är I mitt tycke förfärligt fula. Det knarrar duktig i golven här och där och ljudisoleringen är inte 100. Frukosten är korrekt med rimligt urval, men verkligen inget överdådigt. Personal till största del ryssar (familjeföretag?). Strama och återhållsamma, eller lite buttra, till sättet.
